Return and Refunds
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. We want you to be happy with your order from Andily!
At Andily, our number one concern is each customer’s satisfaction with every purchase. But we get it—sometimes a product is not quite right for you. We accept the exchange of products. Customers have the right to apply for an exchange within 30 days after the receipt of the product.
Because safety is a top priority for us and all customers, Andily only accepts returns of items that have never been used. To be eligible for an exchange, Items must be returned in the same condition in which you received them, including the attached product tags and original packaging. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We will process your exchange product request and send you the return label 1 business day after you provide the information we needed. We will resend the new product after the old one will be sent back to the address we provide on the return label.
The address of replacement will be provided by email after the application is applicated.
If the exchange is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the exchange shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the exchange shipping fee for this reason.
No restocking fee is to be charged to the consumers for the exchange of a product.
Please provide the return tracking number to us via Email (email@example.com） then we will ship the new item to you.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept the return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 7 days after the receipt of the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We will process your return product request 1 business day after you provide the information we needed.
The address of return will be provided by email after the application is applicated.
Please provide the return tracking number to us via Email (firstname.lastname@example.org）so that we can contact our warehouse to receive the package successfully. And describe the issue in detail, including the return reason, along with your order number and SKU product number. For defective, incorrect, or not as described items, please send us a clear picture or video of the problem.
1. ANDILY's responsibility
If due to our reasons, we will allow a return to our warehouse for a refund or an exchange.
Once we receive the item, we will refund in full the original product price and its shipping or resend for free a replacement at our expense. This solution is only when Selanto is responsible for shipping the wrong item/ size, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
2. Customer's responsibility
Incorrect order(size of the item)
If the customer has ordered an incorrect size or product, we can also allow a return. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee both ways (to and from our warehouse) for an exchange. If the customer chooses a refund, we will refund the original product price. All and any shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive the return tracking number you provided and your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 1 business day, and you will receive the refund within 7-10 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com
